In honor of followers, I’d like to share the dancing guy video.
Michael Hughes published this video and narration in 2010 based on a video taken at the Sasquatch music Festival from 2009. It shows the importance of being the first follower.
This video and related narration is now 10 years old, but still tells an important story. I’ve used this clip in numerous leadership development programs in Fortune 100 companies. It always gets a laugh, but it also shares an important message.
